Good morning. .to whom it may concern ..lastnight I was having my universal sunshine cereal granola crunch cranberry in my usual teacup of milk .I had two teaspoons and on my third spoonful I started to chew and realized something hard in my mouth.,when I spat the cereal out it was a black stone a little pebble. .that was unsatisfactory. .In the future please be careful with packaging ....upset customer

ReplyDeleteTo whom it may concern. As a proud consumer of Universal Foods I have been disappointed by these products especially the Frosted Flakes for a couple of months well. While I was consuming the Frosted flakes product from both Sunshine & Universal brand I happened to get nothing but big chunks of very hard flakes damaging not only my teeth but my daughter's gums. It was very disgusting and I had to dispose of the product not once but 5 to 6 times in a short time.I not only lost my money but I lost the happiness of purchasing this product again. Kindly ensure that the quality is better and not just quantity before selling to loyal customers please. Thank you.
