CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

Universal Foods Guarantee to Honour Any Claim

-Should  you not be satisfied with the quality of the product purchased, retain the package and its contents and call our Quality Assurance Hot Line (868) 636-9963 or email us @ hotline@ufl-cereals.com     

-A representative will contact you in 48 hours and make arrangements to meet with you to honour the complaint.    

-When the representative meets with the client, an apology letter will be given to the customer.

-The defective product will be taken to UFL lab  to conduct testing to determine the root source of the issue and the customer will be given replacement products for the the inconvenience.
